Yes, when your browser and device can decode them. Only timing information is indexed and the required frames are decoded. Long videos can take time to index. Many selected 4K PNGs consume memory; delete unnecessary images or save them individually.
MP4, MOV, WebM and MKV are supported containers, but the video codec must also be supported by your browser's WebCodecs implementation. Try an up-to-date Chrome or Edge first. Some HEVC, professional codecs and older browsers may not work.
Images are saved as PNG at the decoded video's display resolution, with rotation applied. The preview may be scaled to fit the page. HDR color can change when exported to standard PNG.
